Frequently asked questions
For those of you that need the detail...
I believe in the power of both coaching and counselling—and that they can complement each other beautifully. The right approach depends on where you are in your life and what you feel ready for.
Counselling is often about understanding yourself more deeply. We might explore where you've come from, how past experiences have shaped who you are today, and how those experiences could be affecting you now. It can support you in processing emotions, finding meaning, and healing.
Coaching, on the other hand, is more future-focused. It's about the goals you want to achieve and the steps that will take you from where you are now to where you want to be. Coaching can help uncover limiting beliefs, shift unhelpful thinking patterns, and focus on practical action and habit-building.
Both environments are 100% focused on supporting you to create positive change. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or struggling emotionally, counselling may be the best starting point. If you're feeling ready to focus on personal goals, confidence, or building new behaviours, coaching may suit you.
If you’re not sure what you need, we can explore that together in a free Deep Dive session—a relaxed one-to-one where we begin to unpick what’s holding you back and what kind of support will best help you move forward.
