A Transformational Counselling & Coaching Programme
Breathe and Grow is a powerful 3-month coaching and counselling journey that blends deep self-discovery with intentional action and growth.
Over the course of the programme, you’ll work through six thoughtfully curated modules, each supported by reflective activities, one-to-one coaching sessions, and real-life habit experimentation to help you shift unhelpful patterns and build new, sustainable behaviours.

This isn’t just about talking; it’s about doing things differently. You’ll learn how to recognise what’s holding you back, reconnect with your values and strengths, and take meaningful, supported steps toward a more balanced, energised and purposeful life.

The programme is delivered in two parts:

Part One is rooted in a more therapeutic, counselling-informed approach, giving you the space to pause, reflect, and explore your patterns, beliefs and internal landscape at a deeper level.

Part Two draws on coaching to help you take that insight and turn it into intentional action; building new habits, boundaries and confidence to move forward with clarity and purpose.
