How It Works:
1:1 coaching is available in blocks of six or more sessions, allowing us to work meaningfully over time toward the goals that matter to you.
You bring whatever feels important — I bring practical tools, gentle challenge and guidance rooted in psychology, behaviour change and personal development.

Sessions are held online, at a pace that works for you (usually fortnightly or monthly), and are supported by optional activities and resources between sessions if helpful.
